Door Mirror

I require to find some of that sticky foam adhesive which is used to attach the door mirror to the mirror mechanism. Does anyone know where I can purchase this. I have tried some of the tape used for attaching number plates but this does not seem to work.

Do you mean the sticky foam fixing oads? If yes yiu can get them from most places, B&Q, Holfords etc. They also come in a number of sizes and more importantly strength. If you are attaching mirror glass the strong (black coloured) ones maybe what you need from a motor factor of your choice.

Yep, the strongest 'oads' are from places that sell numberplates.
