Does anyone know if the OZ split rim multispokes were the only style originaly offered on the first 4.x cars, or if they were an option to the 5 spoke style alloy. Maybe there was a surplus of rims at the factory following the demise of the V8S.
I had the split rims on my 4L.but they are in storage now as they are such a pain to keep clean, and have fitted 500 style 7 spokes.
I gather that some of the last 100 had a multispoke style wheel fitted, any one have any pictures?

I believe that the Camille Gotti 5-spokes were the standard fitment and the OZ Racing Splitrim Multispokes were an extra cost option on the early precat Griffiths.

Thanks jigs, thought that may be the case, I seem to have all the expensive bits on my car then, full hide, CD changer, gas flowed heads, which must have cost as much, if not more, than opting for the 4.3 engine.

Seem to remember that the first Griffiths Late 91 to late spring 92 only came with the multi-spoke split rims, the 5 spokers there after became standard.

Well mines early May '92, so could be either way then.
All the early car tests i have seen feature cars with 5 spokes, although they are also all 4.3's ,any relevance?

No i think TVR just put the 5 spoke wheels on the press cars because they were a new design,
