There are times in life when you have to question every fibre of your being as to whether you have made the right decision. The Griff has been sold and I'm upset. How come the first time I see/hear it driven is when it's driving away?

Need to know if I can still come to the Griffith Growl in my poxy 200sx?

Need some love and understanding from you all. Help!

Yes, what have you done???

You're still part of the special club - that one that knows what it's like to live with a Griff! Come along to the Growl, drooling is quite acceptable, even expected.

Are you getting back in a TVR soon?

I'd love to mate - need to think carefully about next purchase. Ideally I want a one-car-fits-all and not sure any of the Tivs cover that (e.g. able to lug stuff around if necessary). A Cerb looks very tempting though, but am also thinking M3, M5, XJ/XKR, Audi S8, M Coupe.

Mmmm choices. Any advice?

Jeez, that noise was awesome as he revved it away from my house engine stone cold......

Well I've stuck with the Griff and occasionally hired a four seater or a small van - I think it has been a case of letting my heart rule! But you can get some shopping and even a few bits out of B&Q in the Griff! - just ask Steve Heath!

But, I know it's not right for everyone - perhaps you need two, a Wedge or V8S and a cheap tin top?

Sad to hear of your loss

Any time you need a shot of Griff come and knock my door, I’ll let you smell mine.

Well I've just o/d-ed on Autoglym, meself!

Just going to mix that with a drop of Grolsch (I'll have one for anyone saying goodbye to a TVR at the mo) - I think I'd prefer not to have a whiff of yours!!!

AllTorque, I can fully empathise - I sold my Griff a few weeks back and it is gut-wrenching.

All you can do is ask one of the Griff boys to record their exhaust note on CD or cassette for you, then play it as you're driving.

Or synthesised equivalent with pitch linked to accelerator...

LOL, now that would be cool! Alternatively as a wav file as windows opens up on my PC. Heh heh!

Mr SEWedge, whereabouts in Warks are you? Not sure about the sniffing, but a ride in the griff occasionally would be fun!

Like me you are going to regret it. I still wish I'd kept my Griffith....

As for a getting rid of the Nissan thing, it's a must.

Only one choice for me, ditch the Nissan and get a Maser 3200GT. Twin turbo V8 and as quick as a Cerb. A good one can be had for 25K.....
