Hard acceleration, then slow down for tight right hander, then tight left hander, hard acceleration again and I noticed a puff of smoke in the rear view mirror? Oil level is correct. Obviously something to do with oil & gravity? sump baffles? oil pump pick-up? does anyone know the technical reason ?

Might be oil in the plenum or engine breather to plenum, the trumpet base has small holes to allow oil to escape into the combustion chamber rather than build up into a puddle, hard cornering can cause this, nothing to worry about, as long as it doesn't happen all the time.
