You don't know what I'm going to do yet biggrin

It's now been split lengthwise and the Bran Flakes packet has been used to transfer a profile from my E39 in readiness.

party We have a winner biggrin

In theory it'll just squish out of the way if it encounters speed bumps etc.

I knew that!! Spyschim did the same with a similar piece of pipe. But I did think you were going to filler the box on your bonnet to make a power bulge hehe

I'm copying Spyschim's idea. It'll be cut lengthwise to create a concave rbber section just like any other splitter then I'll cut a profile (borrowed from the E39) on to the ends before I fit it to the car. The pipe is much deeper than I'll use to get the shallow internal radius.

It'll either be brilliant or st, I'm not sure which yet smile
