Where are you now ? Foolishly sold in circa 1997.

My pal owned her in 1982 / 84 , at the time i had a Yelliw 72 3 Litre Capri and we had many " Adventures " hooning around East London / Essex together.

In 97 another pal offered her to me . after finding her abandoned in a front garden in Walthamstow . A rebuild was needed but I just didn't have the time , so reluctantly sold her on.

Any info much appreciated .

I bought this car from someone in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex in the late 90s.Was this you ? It took me ten years or more to restore it! I still have it but don't get the chance to use it much.
I tracked down the second owner, Essex rally man John White and he kindly let me copy some photos he had of it when he rallied it in the 1970s. It's still in pretty good shape and closely resembles the car as rallied back then.
I'd love to here some of those stories from the car's boy racer 80s days!

At last !! Cheap car I sold you there Peter ! Knew I shouldn't have sold it. Shocked that you still have it though, but great to see you gave it a much needed rebuild.
That's my much misssed 72 Capri 3000 GT that I used to hoon about Woodford Green Essex, in with my pal in that Cooper S in early to mid 82.
Sadly my old 3 Litre Capri doesn't appear to have survived, amazing that Cooper S has though !

We must meet, would love to see my old warrior again ! I will PM you.
