I had a Mini Cooper. With a personnel number plate, the car was registered in 1991. When I look on the DVLA site, it is SORN. I sold the car back in the late 90's, but would be interested in buying the car back. What would be the best way of contacting the owner of this vehicle?
I'm sure I've heard of people contacting the DVLA to get in contact about such things and they have accommodated somehow. Not sure if they get in touch with the owner for permission to release their details but it's worth a shot?
