2000 Mpi electric sunroof leaks

Hi all,
Need help as water has started to leak from the front edge of my wifes W reg mini mpi sport. The drain holes in each front corner channel seem blocked? But on the other hand I believe the outlet for the drain tubes were blanked off during production??
Can anyone advise on this? Has anyone had this issue with their electric sunroof?.

May want to check they're actually connected, remember videos from some years ago on the sunroof drain tubes not being fitted correctly at the factory.

Shouldn't be blocked off, but must be connected.

Thanks, but the outlets are blanked off as you can feel the blanking caps on them?
