JE Engineering will sell you stiffer anti-roll bars.
The 2011 L322 with the adaptive dampers is a bit sharper than before although I think the ride is very slightly worse.

the question of ride is interesting - what are your views of 19" wheels v 20" wheels?
i currently have 20" wheels with Dunlop Quattromaxx summer tyres - going onto 19" with Vredstein Wintrac 4 Extremes for the winter
just had a look at the JE Engineering web site - new front and rear anti roll bars - £345 fitted - next on my shopping list

I've only briefly driven one on 20" wheels - 19" definitely rides more comfortably.

thanks for making a comment i'm able to understand!
All IMHO of course!grand cherokee said:
hell, i'm 'old' at 57 but can still fit a FFRR into any supermarket car space
Yes, but can the spasticks parked around you enter/exit their cars/spaces without swapping paintwork.grand cherokee said:
as to handling/wallow - non of the RR range are designed to corner like a Porsche Cayenne
Watch and learn: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=99zCe-q--SQ(The driver is a PHer, naturally!)Saw my first Ewok yesterday on the M40. on the hard shoulder, with an AA van in front.
Some things never change!
As for FFRR being too big for London, I don't agree. I vastly preferred my old L322 and now current Disco in town to my Audi - better visibility, easy to place, and you don't get taxis and vans playing chicken with you. Likewise an utter doddle to park.n town to my Audi - better visibility, easy to place, and you don't get taxis and vans playing chicken with you. Likewise an utter doddle to park.

Henry Hill: [narrating] And then there was Jimmy Two Times, who got that nickname because he said everything twice, like: Some things never change!

Jimmy Two Times: I'm gonna go get the papers, get the papers.
Deal done to trade in my 911 for one of these beasties, picking it up on Saturday. Hope it drives as well as it looks!!!!
Gone for a Black with silver roof 3dr petrol dynamic with a few bits on it, hopefully be a wee bit more of a sensible option over the winter than the porker and will save me pinching the wife's car.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but I wasn't sure the Evoque would be a "bloke's" sort of car until I actually saw one in the metal. I personally think it's a real winner and, if fuel and taxation continues the way it is, a very shrewd move for LR.Gone for a Black with silver roof 3dr petrol dynamic with a few bits on it, hopefully be a wee bit more of a sensible option over the winter than the porker and will save me pinching the wife's car.

Nah won't take it the wrong way. I think the Beckham thing set folks expectations up in that way. The reviews suggest that its a good car in its own right and I think the more folk see them the more they'll not be seen as aligned to any one sex. I thought the original LRX concept car looked great when I saw it and bottom line is, I buy what I like! Went in to sort deposit on Defender on Friday, saw the Evoque....then I saw the clientele looking at it.
A couple , 50, she with an 18 year olds dress with boots up to her earholes, him with a tank top, ripped jeans, brown pointy shoes and a man bag.
Not saying 'all' will be of this ilk, but would strongly suggest a very good proportion. Both drove off in a RRS with a private plate. No comment.
Close, but no cigar.

The Handover
300 miles into ownership and nearly home
Well I'm very, very impressed. Fit and finish great, motorway cruising great, b road blast when put into Dynamic mode would give most hot hatches a damn good run for their money, 3 kids fit in the back fine and I think it looks ace.....only getting 28 mpg out of it though! (240 brake petrol version).
