Splendid - simply splendid. Thank you all for the nice comments. No dbdb it belongs to the fella in the unit next to mine. It is a V12 which he has owned for many years & he says it will one day be back on the road, as far as I know it has sat in that same spot for at least three years.

Hotspur Cars Sandringham 6. (basically a modified stage 1 V8) 3.5 litre Rover V8 Mk 1 Range Rover gearbox with central differential through drive to rear diff. Air locking central diff.
Fairey overdrive so 16 forward speeds.
Battery powered hydraulic pump which operates tipping body and 1 ton capacity swinging crane. Used for loading largish logs in woodland
