Thought I'd chuck another picture of mine and how she sits at the moment!

Not bad considering I only took it into the workshop for an engine swap and a few bulkhead repairs!

When are you travelling? We've got an early tunnel crossing on the Wednesday morning. - Taking the scenic route. cool

I would suggest you came to the massive annual Land rover gathering in Bala this summer, but sadly this will be the first time in ages I won't be able to go there myself. I'm sure we can arrange something at some point though!
Fair enough. Peterborough? I joined GLASS at the weekend so will be arranging a greenlaning trip in the Peak District ASAP.

Excellent! Rather novel wing mirrors though.

Proper wing mirror arms and square heads were ordered within an hour of getting home hehe

I prefer mirrors on the wing to door mirrors anyway smile

My friend's Series 2 in the pictures has metal round mirrors on the wings which he can just about get away with! I always thought they looked quite good on the front of classic Rangies though.

I'm going to have the same set up as Dads Yellow SII SW in my second picture... he's switching from square to round mirror heads though smile

One from last weekend of my Defender, we were out racing in France at the Jeane de la Fontaine Rallye.

Great weekend and we managed 1st diesel, 3rd in production and 22nd overall.

That photo is stunning, a truly great homage to two great land rovers!

Well done indeed!

Travelling Thursday in one of the 2 "Team Prescott" Jags, I'll look out for you on the campsite though!
I've not planned as far ahead as P'bog this year, though last time I went I soon got bored of looking at stuff that appeared to have been magnetised and driven through the Extreme 4x4 Challenge Parts catalogue. I'm certainly up for a spot of laning though, let me know when and where and I'll do my best to make it! Do you have Facebook at all, for ease of contact?
