Cant for the life of me find this anywhere...

Im looking at 05/06 RRS's, around the £15k mark.

ive seen tdv6 SE and HSE

and supercharged versions.

Whats the difference in spec? what toys to the supercharged have that the HSE doesnt?

I've an oil burning HSE on a '55 plate.

Can't think there's much is doesn't have (other than a V8 of course!), sat nav is standard as is a sunroof, don't think those are fitted to an SE. Usual gadgets like 4 x heated seats, heated screen, electric everything else of course.

Been a great wagon, now approaching 100,000 miles. Recently had it re-mapped which has got rid of the sluggish pull-away they all suffer from, EGR's have also been binned which can be done without fuss on these earlier cars. You might also want to plan for a Bluetooth module upgrade as they can be a bit temperamental with newer phones. And finally, if you're planning on towing, peek under the boot floor and see if the hitch is there, another £125+ to think about if it's not! MPG rarely varies from 25 for normal messing around. A chum with a Supercharged one struggled to better mid-teens.

Yep, parking sensors front and rear but no camera.

Looked at the pics on your advert, trim level seems identical. Red brake calipers?

Good luck!

Bet it's got personal plates on and those are the the original ones just stuck in place waiting to go back on properly. Wouldn't have thought your average car clocking villain would be that daft!smile

Supercharged usually has ALL the toys... ICE Upgrade, Adaptive Cruise, ACE, Brembos, etc.

The 2nd number plate front & rear could simply be covering up a former personalised plate. I wouldn't be too concerned about that however the "Urgent Sale" rings alarm bells!!!

Fuel economy looks to be woeful on the Supercharged. Bet it will be a nightmare to shift when you want to move it on too. TDV8 HSE has to be the pick of the range I'd have thought.

The sunroof wasn't standard on the HSE, but is a very worthwhile extra. Heated front and rear seats were standard, sat nav, voice recognition, 6 stack CD, Leather, drivers memory seat. Front and rear park beepers, Bluetooth, Ipod (ish) input, cruise control,
Extras to look out for: Side steps, privacy glass to rear, visible tail pipes, sunroof, fridge (not all had them, mine hasn't) and millions of wheel options.
The SE and S I'm not sure about, but pretty sure they don't have the heated seats or the sat nav. Don't think the S even had leather. A lot of S's and SE's are debadged so as not to give the game away!

If memory serves, you do get heated seats and Sat Nav as standard on the SE models.

I've got a 2005 price list and options brochure. I can scan it and post it up if there's any interest.
