As long as it's specced with the black pack.

silver - looks too much like a police vehicle in white - white doesn't suit it

Who cares what we think, if you like it go for it!

I think white looks cheap and nasty and it'll look like a police or highway agency car, but thats personal opinion.

I know someone who's just taken delivery of a D4 in the very dark green with the black pack, looks awesome and a rare combination.

I almost bought a pre-owned White one but the colour put me off for the same reasons as above. Siberian Silver was my choice.

I'd go for this too.. I've got a grey one which is far too common round these parts.

think resale value might be effected , white looks well on many vehicles but not the discovery - it just makes you think of the police - maybe its the boxy shape that doesn't suit white as normally I like white vehicles

There's one around here which is perpetually valeted whereas all the rest are covered in the properly requisite amount of mud. It looks preposterous.

All the colours are fine. You should really just buy what you want. I have Corris Grey - boring but hides the dirt well.

It's great when we are discussing colours which are, well, grey.

I think the Discovery suits the lighter colours better but in white I find it quite offensive.

No offence and no pun intended, but it seems to me to pander to the X6 wannabee rapper and wag crowd. For me it has too much class for that.

I'm undecided on this... on a good day it can look fresh and with the times, on a bad day, well...

On that basis, I'd avoid

I'm not a fan of white cars, particularly large ones. Small coupes can get away with it imo, but large cars start to look a bit white van. From a more practical pov white is very much a fashion colour and I'd be concerned in three years or so it won't be fashionable and the resale value will be horrendous.

That said, if you like it, buy it. (Although, if you're asking the question, I suspect you don't like it that much...)

They do a very lovely dark blue shade..

I really like it, plus the FFRR looks superb in it as well.
