Does anyone have any good named contact within the service department at an official dealer around the London area?

Lookers Park Royal are close to me but appear to be mega busy so never return calls or emails.

Stratstone Essex was not bothered and have a take it or leave it approach.

North One - Service lady didn't know what the difference between an A and B service was, have had several conversations now and said she would ask someone and get back to me a couple of days ago, no news yet

This really reminds me of my Merc ownership days where it was a really struggle to get anything done and puts me off the brand.
Cheers!

You could try JLC in Herne Hill. They're not a dealer, just a service centre so they don't try to sell you a car every time you go there! I've used them for about five years & they've never let me down + they're always honest about what needs doing or, possibly more importantly, what doesn't.

I normally speak to whoever answers the phone.

Just remembered, they also look after all of the Royal Household cars so I guess they know what they are doing!

+!. I was given JLC's name by someone on the FFRR forums. Never regretted it.

JLC is Jim Lewis who started the business when Stratstones brixton hill closed it's doors. He was doing a lot of jaguar's. Don't know if he still is.

Oh good call- That's down towards Loughborough Junction- I always avoided as I thought it had a Lookers/Stratstone connection. I need a good indy now Quadratech has bitten the dust frown

Lookers Park Royal used to have a big presence on RR forums and were amazingly helpful when I bought my Sport

On the other hand their service prices were cuckoo compared to where I am now in the provinces, and now the beasts out of warranty my local indie, who is excellent, beats the stealers by a significant margin with far better customer service

Good luck

Just remember. Their labour rate is a bit dearer than pat and johns at Quadratech.

Very sad to hear Quadratech are no longer there, what has happened to them? Have they set up else where? They were so good

They retired, shame because there wasn't anything they didn't know about Landrovers.
