Range rover 3.0td6 engine upgrade to 3.6v8

Hi there, I have a beautiful low mileage Range Rover 3.0 and having looked around for a fresh 3.6 V8 version have come to the conclusion that I can't find one as well kept and in as good condition as mine. Therefore thinking about the possibility of upgrading the engine to V8. 3.6 version. Does anybody know of this is feasible or are there any other upgrades available to engine rather that the usual chipping?

no realistic chance of doing this.

So much would need to be changed, it would be cheaper to my a 3.6!
