Ivory Leather Cleaning
Discussion
Hi All,
I'm pleased to say I picked up my first LR last week, it's a 2014 Dynamic LUX, Loire Blue with full Ivory and so far i'm pretty happy with it.
All the toys including climate seats (not sure of the point TBH), 825 etc.
I'm hoping though that some of you knowledgeable people out there will tell me the best way to clean the bolsters of the seats. It's got Ivory and as I live in jeans they're going to get blue pretty quickly from sliding in and out. Soapy water etc is the obvious choice, but I wondered if there's a standard cleaning spray etc I should get instead ?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Cheers

I just use this on mine - Autoglym Leather Cleaner - less than £10 and works a treat with no effort. There are probably better products out there but this cleans mine fine.

If you want to get really keen you can condition as well - not used this in the car but my sofa at home came up a treat!

Once you have got it clean, you could try Gtechniq L1. It's a very thin coating that you wipe on. It's supposed to stop dirt and, more surprisingly, wear on things like bolsters.
I've put it on my ivory seats and so far the drivers seat looks as good as the rest and I wear jeans most of the time.
