onsense. We checked our dogs fitted on the demonstrator when we bought the first one - no problem!

Digga, I agree though we seem to be up and down the country between Devon and Staffordshire all the time & I've found to my expense that they boot is apparently the dogs "penthouse" & hence all luggage goes on the back seat of my Saab 9-3 Sportwagon....we need to travel more efficiently! In the meantime a new set of winter tyres on the Saab will have to be our winter transport as the temporary E class lease car is a saloon & will be next to useless when we do get bad weather

Struggling to get any form of discount on a new DS HSE Lux Dynamic. Told that
L R haven't sold any DSs yet with a discount. Surely that can't be true.
Has anyone managed it?

I just ordered one on the employee privilage scheme, we get 10% off - but as far as I know that's the only way to get a discount on a DS currently.

I'm waiting until they get round to bringing out a twin turbo diesel four pot. It's rumoured for the big Disco replacement in a year's time and would give the DS the performance I would like.

Seeing lots of DS's around now - great design.

It's a cracking car and I do like the new AJ20 engine. More power though, it'd be nice. I'd settle for 260 BHP. Such a shame they wouldn't let me buy the petrol model here in the UK

The engine's good, but the adblue tank (and thuis smaller diesel tank) buggers up the range dramatically. Fuel consumption is OK, but usable range is only about 300 miles/tank.

Saw a petrol one in the US recently. frown

Yes the tank is stupidly small. What I'd give for a petrol? Well list price actually. I dint do diesel miles. I do like 250ish BHP. I don't care about residuals. I would just live a UK spec petrol. DS
