Hi,

Looking into getting an Evoque eD4 SE model. Just looking if any Evoque owners can share their experiences of the car or any faults they may have came across regardless of what Evoque model they have?

When test driving one I found it to be a smooth drive, very comfortable and such presence on the road.

Also if anyone has any advice or recommendations for extras or what they feel is a waste of money would be helpful?

Thanks

ive just sold my 2013 eD4 Pure Tech. Couple of small issues that were fixed under warranty. I liked the car alot, my wife probably drove it more and also really liked it. Very comfortable place to be.

As for extras, what I got:

Pano Roof - a must IMO, makes it so much brighter in the back especially
Powerfold Mirrors - bit of a gimmick, but the mirrors are huge, so good to get them tucked in - puddle lamps are cool
Privacy Glass - glad I got this, looks good IMO and keeps unwanted eyes away from whats inside.
Auto Dimiing RV Mirror - waste of time. With privacy glass especially, rarely get bright lights behind.

What I wish I had got
electric boot opening
full keyless entry - now got this on my Discovery, would have been nice on the Evoque

Why I sold - because its too small. Boot is small, struggled to get much stuff in going away with family of 5, had to buy a roof box - hence why its gone and now got a Disco smile

Thanks for your input, we've decided on privacy glass. Got a pano roof in my current car, it's a nice touch but rarely use it so don't know if I can personally justify the additional cost.

Yeah I noticed the boot wasn't overly big (similar to that of a standard car) but it's only two of us so don't think it should bother us too much.

Anyone had experience with the Land Rover In Control Touch Sat Nav?
