Disco4 brake judder

Hello I wonder if someone can throw some light on this problem ,I have a slight wheel wobble under braking at relatively low speeds say 25/30 mph approaching roundabouts ,I had balancing and tracking checked so not that . Any advice appreciated

warped disk? but that wouldn't explain why it's only at a specific speed...
