A while back pistonheads did a feature on the queen's land rover one ten ( http://www.pistonheads.com/features/ph-features/dr... ) which is painted a shade of green that i cannot find the name of or colour code for. Wondered if any of the land rover aficionados on PH could help me track it down?

It's an interesting colour isn't it! Wonder whether it's the Coastguard blue? Hard to compare just from photos. Doesn't look quite right though.

These guys might be able to help, looks like they do the whole range of historic colours.

According to your link it's at the Heritage Centre. I'd suggest - if you haven't spoken to them already - that they are likely to be the best source of info. If it was a SVO then it may not even be a Land Rover colour.
(I'm not the paintman referred to in the other link)
If you do find out don't forget to let us know smile
