Dealer seems to think that current model will have a 6 year run, so that would be 2019, but released in 2018.
Problem for me is that I like current Vogue, Disco 4 etc, but not Disco 5, Disco Sport etc.
So a bit concerned that the Vogue too will lose split tail gate, volume capacity etc as the Sport did with the model change.
Maybe I shouldn't look too far ahead!

I think it may go a bit longer than 3yrs, MY17 model changes are very minor bar the infotainment change (which was desperately needed). A major refresh would normally signify the middle of the run, mind they spent so much on the development of the L405 try could eek out the timeline. My only gripe is the technology interaction, JLR are miles behind Audi and BMW IMHO.

Rumour has its that there will be some sort of facelift in 18 but no new model due until at least 2020.

Any idea why you can't buy a five year service plan on the Vogue and yet it's offered on the others?

I asked the same question, considering it is offered on the Sport which shares many of the same underpinnings it seems odd to me. Even my dealer had no idea why it was the only model that could not be bought with a service plan.

Hoping that is the case as only intending to keep my AB for 2 years which would mean moving on Spring 2019.

Very minor from the look of it.

Looks like it's getting a second lower touch screen, like the Velar, and the same steering wheel controls.

Not long to go!

Apparently new colours, wheel designs, front and rear lights, new tech including dual touch screens like the Velar and new interior:

IIRC - The cars and engines are typically on a 10yr(ish) cycle, with a 5yr overlap between the engines and models (i.e. New models are typically launched with the existing engines).

Based on that, I'd expect to see new engines later this year with a new model for 2022 (give or take...).
