Hi Adam,

I know someone who got 8% discount but that was based on them ordering two LWB Range Rover Autobiography's. As you're only ordering one standard, I'd say that's probably as good as you're going to get and I think you've done quite well at that.

My local dealer has just offered me a miserable 2% off a £76k well spec'd Range Rover Sport!! - So by comparison you're not doing bad.

As well as the 6% to 8% discount (mentioned above) there is a few more k available under deposit support if you take finance.

I will ask my wife later when I get home.

Iast Wednesday, she sold 40 Range Rover HSE, which was damn good for a mornings work.

Only for her to text me around Friday lunchtime, that a new customer had just ordered 100 from her
60 Pertol HSE. and 40 Diesel HSE

Not sure they sell in singles, but will ask if your really interested.

I'm another who can vouch for Carwow. That's who I used for my RRS. I think it will eventually shake down to just under 5% which is fair enough I think. From experience, I don't think they offer huge discounts (and as a result the residuals are pretty good) so I am fairly happy.

Most ludicrous place for discounts is Mercedes. They just carve money off their new cars. I got nearly 20% off a new Merc once because I happened to perfectly (and completely accidentally) time it so I was one of the last customers at the end of a quarter and they needed me to hit their bonus.

Another flip to that is Audi who could only wriggle on finance rates and not the top end of the car when I bought my S3 as they were in demand and if I'd not bought, the next guy later that day would have. Likewise Porsche.

Hi Granfondo

Would you mind sending me a PM with the details of your contact who gave you 8.5% as I'm just looking to order a new R.R. Sport in January.

Also, can you confirm, was this a 2017 MY with the updated screen / media sytem, etc

Many thanks

I paid £69,995 for a £77,500 stock MY16.5 HSE dynamic back in October. I figured the MY17 wouldn`t be worth the extra cash

Thanks guys. To be clear I was keen to have the MY17, I was offered £18k off a stock 16.5 unregistered 4.4 AB by the same dealer.
