2005 Range Rover Sport Sat Nav Problem

A red line appeared through the word "GPS" on the top left of the screen, the Sat Nav still works unless I drive on a road that doesn't exist on the Sat Nav, then it loses itself and I end up in the English Channel. I can manually reset the position and it works agin for a while. So it is somehow managing to follow the route but is not picking up a GPS signal.

Yesterday, the sound stopped working, no Sat Nav voice, unless I press the prompt button on the bottom right of the touchscreen.

Although, a voice did tell me that there was a "traffic queue ahead" on the A27 last night (after I had been sitting in it for 10 minutes!). I also noticed last night that the word GPS has now disappeared completely from the top left corner of the screen.

Has anyone else had a similar problem and how did you fix it?
