Noticed that Flatdog were doing an amazing deal on Land Rover genuine snorkels for the Defender so pulled the plug and bought one.

As my Defender is still in warranty I suspect that I will have to bite the bullet and get it fitted at the local stealer, just wondering what the fitment time is for one of these.

Ps I know that its not obligatory to get ot fitted by the dealer, however I have some ongoing warranty claims and don"t want to add any more hassle than necessary.

Fitted one to mine, probably took me 2 hours not having done one before, if I did another it would probably take less than an hour.
Can't see how fitting a snorkel yourself can effect the warranty?

Thanks, its should not affect any warranry by the letter of the law, however if Land Rover see that you are using their dealers then there is less hoops/convincing to do if any warranty items happen which involves the air filter.
