Do it!
You will look less gay
Had mine for over 5 years now.
Still love it... It even followed me to the other side of the world.
Heres mine, crossing the Pascoe river in Far North Queensland

Just to explain the above is not strictly mine, it's my wife's (although I do occasionally go gay and drive it)- it was just that due to driveway space we couldn't justify 4 cars, hence my old landie toy had to go to make way The real dilemma now is that I do want another one but we still have space restriction.... if I buy one therefore it will have to replace the main family car (alfa estate) and will have to do all family duties, including trips to Scotland a few times a year to visit family and holidays to france etc - obviously it can be a fair bit newer than my old '86 one, but I still have a few reservations.
What do we reckon, TD5 110 wagon as catch all family car, or will it drive me mad? It would be backed up by a TVR Cerbera and the aforementioned Smart, albeit neither being enormously practical.
ps. Sorry for thread hijack!!

I'd agree with prev two posts. Our 90 was actually g/f's only car for a year - and at the time we were living in Devon and she was using Heathrow at least once a fortnight so lots of miles. It's now a second (or maybe third/fourth!) car but we still use it a lot. I'll usually hop in it for local day to day stuff rather than muck around getting anything else out of the garage and we often use it for a change on longer trips too. Great car to turn up at our fave posh country Hotels if we're having a w/e break. Out poses anything else in our garage! We're just about to chop it in for the new model and that's a fair bit more civilised on road and absolutely an everyday 'family' car IMO.
Just trying to decide whether to go 110 this time. Prefer the 'chunkiness' of 90 but the 110 offers more space and I hear is more comfortable/a better drive on road? Comments anyone?

Ive driven the new 110 for a few hours and was impressed by it. less body role & quieter. 6 gears for the mway will also help.Just trying to decide whether to go 110 this time.
