50th Anniversary.One year on,maintainance costs.

Well just approaching one years ownership of the Defender.Its used as an everyday vehicle,and the running costs so far amount to one split door rubber at £23.Ok not as comfy as the previous RR,and no where near as many toys.But it has never let me down.One of my best buys.

It will be a year next week.I'm very impressed with it.Used every day as family hack,to and from work.And various trips to liverpool and back.And it has'nt missed a beat.

that sounds encouraging !

Do i remember you mentioning you have used dunsfold for landy maintenance in the past ?

Reason for asking being that i ended up with GB071 a few months back (all great so far) and just wanted to get her checked over at some point. Also, think ill get some tinted rear windows soon too, they look great

Hello mate.Never used Bashall,s facilities at Dunsfold,as we have our own LR servicing facility in S.E London.Tints do make a difference.Apart from looking good,they deter prying eyes.
