The brake pad warning light has just come on on the Rangie and obviously the pads need doing. Nothing against NK whatsoever, except he can't fit me in until 30 June at the earliest which is clearly no good as I don't want to score the discs in the meantime.

With that in mind, how far gone are the pads when the light comes on?

There should be a good few miles left if the light has only just come on.

Anybody can change a set of pads. Even Quickfit.
