Hi,can anybody advise me on the best/easiest/cheapest solution to get my ipod rigged up to my TDV8,i know that it has an aux. socket in the rear,but i cant find any info in the handbooks,any help would be greatley appreciated

I think there is an audio connectivity unit now available from LR dealers for MY2006 onwards which allows full control of the Ipod via the steering wheel buttons. I will be enquiring about it when my TDV8 is next in for a service.

you do loose your CD changer though, there was a Dension version that retained the changer but sadly it is no longer available frown

Work really well, you use your old CD changer buttons to control it CD1- skips tracks / CD2 - Playlists / CD3 Genres / CD4 artists cant remember the other two as i dont use them smile

Info for what your listening to comes up in the lcd screen.

I ordered a vehicle specific holder too (£20) but it was big n ugly so threw it away, stick with the standard one that it comes with, much neater.
