Following on from earlier posts im looking to make a purchase this week and have come up with the following,
Parkers car guide seems to be a paid for service and im a bit tight so thought I would seek the thoughts here of the asking price.

Sounds expensive given the mileage and that the TD6 is less popular than other models.
I bought a Nov 05 '55' 4.2 Supercharged Vogue SE 20k miles, 1 owner, FSH, from a main dealer a couple of weeks ago.
I'd take a look at the other recent thread where following a review of the pros/cons someone has decided against the TD6 and gone for the 4.4 Vogue.
There seems little benefit in buying a TD6. I think you would lose a lot in depreciation very quickly at the price you are quoting.

Not sure where you were looking for the Parkers price - the basic figures are free on the website:
Rangie 2006/06 Vogue TD6
Original Price £57,045
Franchised Dealer £27,735
Independent Dealer £26,965
Private Good £25,680
Private Poor £22,435
Part Exchange £24,145
Given that everything is running a tad under book, and as the above says the TD6 is an unloved engine, I'd say that price was rather optomistic.
