I've read the first & last pages & still i'm at no end as to what you're all up to?!
Sounds like using free bets to make money?
I'm also not very up to speed with gambling, except for placing the odd small bet here & there on cup finals etc.

Holy thread bump!

Wondered if anyone was still going with the new season starting?

I've not done a sub for ages but have had a couple of reloads for the new season.

I'm still religeously playing the William Hill risk free fivers though - usually a couple a week sometimes three.

One today and this happened....

I've only ever deposited a fiver with WH about 10 months ago. I've already removed a few hundred from my account in that time and i'm now back up to near enough £600.

It seems to me that if you can be strict with yourself and just play through the risk free amount they promise in their offer, and also ensure that you chase up the offers for the refund if you do happen to lose that a nice bit of pocket money can be made!

I've not done any for a while now but I've just started getting emails with lots of free bets so they are obviously trying to entice me to come back!

I'm planning on restarting in a week or two when I get some exams done and this time I'd like to try the gaming stuff especially given the profits you have mentioned above!

firstly, apologies for not reading all 90+ pages of the thread, I'm sure what I'm about to ask has come up many times.

I was just looking through a few sign up bonus T&Cs and I came across one like this:

Deposit £200 and get £100 bonus straight away.

Withdrawal rules are that you have to bet 10x that amount before you're allowed to take any of it out but in maximum chunks of £50 bets and at a minimum of 2.0

So at (£200+£100)x10 = £3000
In £50 pound bets that's £3000/50 = 60 bets!

Even if you only lost a few % on each bet, you'd almost certainly be down to no profit by the end.

Is the idea with this to try really high odds bet matches to try and lose all the money as quickly as possible to gain the profit on betfair? I can't really see any other way to do it? There would obviously be a very high outlay on betfair to try and move £300 on high odds bets? And then if you accidentally won one you'd have to keep going for ages and hope you're not losing too much on each bet?

You got it in one.

You have to lose as winning will whittle down your profit. Sod's law you will win thus losing at the exchange and having to cover it biggrin

Happened to me on a 20/1 horse with something like a £50 freebet. Placed the bet on my phone but then couldn't get a signal to place the Lay at the exchange. Ran down to the Apple store and Layed the bet just before the race.

Horse only went and won. If only I hadn't made it to the Apple store biggrin

I do get the odd freebet offer but I keep gambling with them. My best one was a £50 refund on lose on Celtic against Barca at 11/1 biggrin Haven't really dabbled much since then in order to maintain that £500 profit.

Plus I think I've used up the best offers although I haven't tried a big matched bonus yet.

Interesting, did my first one of these, and if everything is to be believed, I've made £39.50ish (can't login to check exact number at work), pending withdrawal.

Unfortunately money ended on the wrong side so once it's withdrawn i'll try some more.

Anyone else got this 'underdog' offer from coral?

"Bet with Coral.co.uk and insure your bet with our Underdog Cashback this weekend. Up to £/€100 free bet refund on losing pre-match win singles, on first/last goal scorer & correct score bets if any Live ITV1 & ESPN, FA Cup 4th Round match is won by the underdog.*"

Seems like it must be worth looking at, no?

ETA: ah wait a second, you can't bet on match odds...i guess that changes things...

That's impressive! I've looked everywhere but can't find risk free fivers. Is it still on?

Or do I have to make an account and wait to be emailed risk free fivers?

As a full time student if I could make a tiny amount of that I'd be chuffed!

Thanks.

Matt

Just checked my other email account and Blue Sq were offering me a £20 freebet on a £10 placed this weekend on the footie. Bit late now although I did try but the site seems to have buggered up my credit card details.

here is currently a risk free fiver running.

http://vegas.williamhill.com/promotions/vegas-game...

Links can usually be found on the sportsbook home page or will be sent to your registered Will Hill email - I guess you'll need an account with them to access the offers.

Ok, a question...

Is there any way to make money out of this offer, without there being 5 goals scored?

http://www.coral.co.uk/sports/offers/highfive

Do you just treat the first bet as a qualifier bet and lose a little in the hope that you will be refunded? even though that is incredibly unlikely?

As in, it's not worth doing anything with?

The risk free fivers just keep paying.

£120 from one today.

The big wins are few and far between and I probably play between 4 and 8 of them a week.

But when the wins do come in it is a nice bonus for 10 minutes work.

Emailed by 4 different bookies today for offers on tonight's R.Madrid vs Man U match.

Couple of them are match your bet with a freebet and a 365 bet £50 before match and if you bet another £50 live during match they will refund on lose.

Basically I'm betting and laying on Madrid and losing pennies in order to get risk free bets to place on Man U as soon as the match starts.

This is the same method that allowed me to 'risk' £50 on Celtic vs Barca a while back when Celtic did me proud at 11.0 biggrin

So a couple of quid lost if Man U lose or if it's a draw but around £300 odd to be made if they do it.

Also have a free fiver added to my Coral account for an in-play bet.

Dan I just deposited a tenner to play but can't see the page, I get a not found error.

Any ideas how to find it?

I'm on my phone right now so can't link direct, however there should be two half way down the right hand side of the sports book page.

One for £5 risk free on "treasure island" and another for £7 risk free on casino games.
