Make sure you do a practical interview, ive seen a few cases lately were the CV doesnt match the person capabilities.

Its not that they are lieing its more about time scales/experience, I have 2 members of staff working for/with me that have all the skills on paper, and can do the job but it takes them 10x's as long to do anything as I would expect, due to I think, targeting CVs to the job.

getting the right personality is the key to this one, a graduate worth anything would be bored after 10 minutes - qualifications don't = personality - maternity pay is not payable until 2 years+ service (I believe) so the "make sure she is fit" criteria = PASS and finally . . . common sense ain't that common!!!

Good Luck

Surely if you are trying to get a job you can take the time to write 'I' and not 'i'...the little details make all the difference wink

The joys of typing via a phone i am afraid.

As above i have the skill set to satisfy the job requirements. My weakest point would be adwords however my understanding and use of google adwords would allow me to pick up anything lacking reasonably quickly.

Anyway, thought i would have a "go" so to speak, our next pay cheque sometimes comes from the strangest of places. Pistonheads wasn't exactly my first choice of finding work smile

Not 100% sure but after a "," i didn't think that a capital letter was used. I understand this faults me at the start of my paragraph though smile

'I' is alway capital no matter if it is after a comma or orbiting the moon smile

Who knows - you may be exactly what DSL is looking for - good luck!

I'm thinking you would've been better off PM'ing the op, rather than open yourself to torrents of PH...... (I wont say abuse, but) banter.

In house but in house is going on maternity so we are trusting the web developer we use to temp fill in.

My past experience of out sourced adwords

Budget daily - £300
Agency take - As near to £300 as they can
Performance - Pitiful
If you business model is more geared towards obtaining phone calls then it would be worth you speaking to us as our technology optimises your keywords on calls produced.
