I've used parcel2go to send an Ebay package, turns out the courier, TNT, have lost it. TNT signed for it, and I've got them on CCTV picking up the item. TNT have sort of found the item and via parcel2go have sent through very poor quality photo's of the box which I'm 90% sure is my item.

I've kept the ebay buyer fully up to date with tracking numbers, what's going on etc etc but haven't had a reply. He's either not getting my messages or he's exceptionally patient.

How can I get parcel2go to sort this out? We're nearly a month down the line and the parcel is sitting at TNT somewhere, I'm half expecting Paypal to come after me for the total of the item and I'm then out of pocket because the item is missing.

Stupidly I didn't take out the £50 insurance for the item.

Should I hit them with a county court claim?

Any advice welcome.

Call the customer, you can request a phone number in eBay control
Panel

Ask TNT to ship it back to you

Try and speak to TNT direct - if they will discuss it with you. This is the problem with using these broker services, they don't have any real customer service, and they try and wash their hands of you if something goes wrong. I had a similar problem a while back, and luckily managed to speak to the courier directly who were quite helpful considering that their contract was with the broker.

TNT refuse to speak to me which is a real PITA. I've put in a county court claim, hopefully that will get something resolved.
