Will you be staying in a hotel while there? Some hotels with business centres have ultra fast broadband. If they offer video conferencing suites they are more than likely to have a reasonable speed.

For this kind of thing, don't underestimate the bandwidth of a USB stick and FedEx. Often faster and more reliable than buggering about with big uploads.

Definitely consider Fedex. The regular service is 24 hr, so Mon night collect DC -> 9am Weds delivery UK.

But they also do a "next flight" service; never used it but have visions of a guy on a bike chasing a 747 as it heads down the runway and throwing your package to the hands of a stewardess leaning out of the rear door, then skidding to a halt and muttering "Godspeed".
