Mareva Freezing of Assets

I am in the process of Mareva freezing of assets order on a business, and the pair of shareholders.

Is there a way to also include foreign property as part of the process. Obviously we have land registry in UK, but what portals can I use to ascertain Spanish real estate.

Are you doing this yourself or with solicitors?

If the latter, tell your solicitors that you think the defendants have property in Spain in XX region, and let them work out how to identify the property. Just make sure they get a worldwide (vs England and Wales) freezing order.

Otherwise, I'd probably ring an English speaking lawyer in Spain and ask them the carry out the procedure required to find out.
