I raised a charging order against a debtor's property, but i've received confirmation from his conveyancing solicitor that he sold the property before the final order was created (actually slightly before the interim order was even created). There is a hearing currently scheduled for Tuesday to decide whether the interim order would have been made final.

I presume the only course of action is to request the hearing be cancelled? If I wanted to create a charging order against a different property he owns, I need to go through the whole application process again?

I am pretty sure I know the answer, just wondered if there is something I wasn't aware of...

thanks

I'd suggest the legal forum might be a better bet.
