I find it hard to believe your system is more agile than that of a native salesforce solution when you are using 3 integrated applications on 3 different platforms.

Theres no questioning that the Salesforce business model is a sticky one, but as a CRM/platform/business application theres not much out there that touches it including Dynamics.
Salesforce is a complete end to end solution for all your business requirements sales, service, marketing, HR, ERP.....

What other platform allows you to run all areas of your business from your mobile phone?
Ah - that's the million dollar question! You see the great thing about APIs is that they are revolutionising the way in which we put things together. Everything can be done in a much more agile and effective manner.

Let’s get back to the ‘universal multi tool’ issue that Salesforce is - you get 4,000 tools, all of which are OK, but not great, at what they do - would you prefer that or the 3 (or so) tools you ACTUALLY need and connect them together. Better still having ‘proper’ tools (I mean the Salesforce / Pardot email tool is really not very good at email designing/managing).

So, what we’re doing is connecting a number of best in class solutions - Sendgrid, Twilio, Wordpress - and developing a bespoke sales process to our businesses, with full logic and process management, lead tracking / chasing etc. All for less than half of what we’d need to spend with no scaling / cost issues (it will work with 20 users at the same price as 5).

Better still, we’re using best in class and we’re not putting on the 'golden shackles’. And, yes, all accessible from a touch-based mobile interface as well as desktop.
