I sell keyrings wholesale to retailers in the UK and a few companies overseas.

I want to expand and push more export.

How much effort would it be to setup a company in the US. Get a fulfilment company to stock our range (we could send stock every month as it grows).

Thinking of sales office in the UK but with US phone numbers redirected? Or would it be better to have US based sales team?

Based on our sucess in the UK and the competition in the US we should do well. Just not sure if it's better to find some wholesaers to do it for us or try and do it ourselves?

Anyone expanding into overseas markets?
