Storage Land & Secure Yard Space

This is a long shot, but I'm currently on the lookout for open secure storage between the A1(m), M25 (London Colney - Waltham Abbey), the A10 up to the A414 or somewhere around this.
This is for an expanding construction and groundwork's contractor.
We currently have various yard space towards Milton Keynes, Cambridge & Chelmsford and a warehouse just off the A1(m)/M25
I'm looking at possibly finding a landowner who has an unused barn or dis-used building and small area around this with a hard standing area. Equally someone that has land to clear or requires a hall road or such like completing on there land. within the area mentioned above, to consolidate and streamline our business.
If anyone might be able to point me towards someone or has a proposition please get in contact.
Currently we have contracts with 4 major retailers, the NHS, Network Rail & Various Local councils amongst others.
