Aliexpress; buy direct from China or Hong Kong, unbelievably competitive, check their delivery method, make sure it's DHL or other courier, Chinapost take up to 28 days.
I bought some LED tubes from a Uk electrical wholesaler, some took an extra 28 days to arrive, and had both the name of the Chinese supplier and the UK importer clearly marked. My next lot cost less than 50%.
Don't forget to get an EORI number (look it up), that saves hassle as well.
Learning about these things costs, both in time & money, but it's nice to feel that you're clued up and getting the best deal.
Regarding "cheap crap from China", everything comes from there anyway, you just need to know exactly what you're buying before you place an order. They are very keen to please (unusual for the UK) and have stringent guarantees. Buying from a UK distributor just means that someone else has done the research, relabelled and marked up, probably by 50%.
The choice is yours...............
