Scroll down to "previous directors" and it seems to have had hundreds of thousands of previous directors - one of which I know and afaik was never a director, don't even think he knows he was? Unless it is criminal... ?

The company will be an investment vehicle. The kind of thing that SSAS pensions might use. Each shareholding will be an investment. All shareholders will be directors, probably to help mitigate tax.

GMA 001 Will be one of many, GMA 002, etc all sharing a single topco.
