About 12 months after you have bought it (not that actual one as I'm sure its perfect) I will charge you a large sum of money to (as examples)

sort out your electric gates because they were obviously wired up by a one armed blind man with parkinsons on a Friday afternoon after a heavy lunch
install an irrigation system because the architect "forgot"
integrate your rainwater system with your non-existent irrigation system because no-one thought of that
build you an extra garage because no-one thought it might be a good idea for you to be able to store your maintenance equipment
install a proper filter system in your pond because the water looks like pea soup
completely re-design your hardstanding area because the architects drew the accesses so tight you need to perform a 97 point turn to get your range rover in and out of the garage (which we have to re-design the doorways on anyway because they are too low to fit your RR in anyway.

Basically, I re-design and fix everything which all the 'professionals' have cocked up. Yes I have a chip on my shoulder. But it's a great earner.
