Opening a gentleman's massage venue
Discussion
In the not too distant future when I'm in a position to freelance in my current day job, I intend to be running a personal side venture.
It just happens that a gentleman's massage venue seems to fit the bill - cheap initial outfitting costs, great deal of demand, benefit to the community (clients and service providers alike) etc.
Casually throwing it out there, but it has to be worth considering at the very least?

Err, I hate to ask but seeing as I'm in the "legitimate" side of the massage business, are you meaning the legitimate or illegal side of the trade?
Tax contributions will be made. spooderman said:

Where will you get your girls from?? Do you have 'contacts' in this industry? It just happens that a gentleman's massage venue seems to fit the bill - cheap initial outfitting costs, great deal of demand, benefit to the community (clients and service providers alike) etc.

Tax contributions will be made. I'd also question the logic in making tax contributions on an illegitimate business

Is the poster known for being a billy bullstter? I only ask as I think anyone brain dead enough to need advice on the illegal side of the business from a uk motoring website is going to end up knee capped pretty damned quick.

Earnings from an illegal operation are taxable.I'd also question the logic in making tax contributions on an illegitimate business

Obviously.Let's not turn this into another debate on the tax obligations of criminals, because I don't think it takes a genius to work out that the type of person who wants to get into this line of work probably holds their tax obligations in as much esteem as the rest of the laws they're breaking.
