Use Class for Frozen Yogurt?
Discussion
Hello,
I am wanting to open a frozen Yogurt establishment in my home town in Devon.
There is a choice of buildings from shops to cafes that are available but I am wondering about the use classes.
Would a class A1 be sufficient for the sale of frozen yogurt? People would sit in to eat and also take away.
Thanks in advance.

And are you going to do something else other than frozen yoghurt? Sounds very niche to me and too much danger than one person in a group of people wont like it so wont go in the shop. Mind you might just think that as I am not keen on the idea of frozen yoghurt!
It's very much like soft serve ice cream. Just as nice, but low fat.I used to own a frozen yoghurt place and we down played the fact it wasn't ice cream. We actually had issues with trading standards as we couldn't use the term ice cream anywhere due to the low fat content of frozen yoghurt.
