Ltd company formation (from outside of UK)

If it wouldn't constitute a breach of contract with a client I'd upload the completed forms which enabled a UK company which has non UK resident directors to sucessfully open three separate bank accounts in the UK.
No breach to tell you that the bank in question is HSBC.
But there is a world of difference in a real UK company that happens to have a non UK director, and some bloke in Sweden with no legitimate presence in UK outside of his parents address as a mail drop! No breach to tell you that the bank in question is HSBC.
My situation was basically the same as the latter. Perfect credit when I was in UK, good history of running businesses with no problems, and a reasonable amount of money on deposit etc. I couldn't get a single bank to open me a ltd company as at that point I had no real UK presence. I'm assuming the OP has no real business in the UK already, otherwise he wouldn't need to have asked this question on a car forum in the first place, he'd have asked his accountant.

Duh, I'm forming a business!! Read the subject line. My situation was basically the same as the latter. There are plenty of reasons why I want to incorporate in the UK and they are all legitimate, and this particular forum is not a car forum, it is a business forum and over the years it has been very useful to me and many others with a lot of enlightened people offering help and some that don't!
