We've had a few this week and so have a couple of people in other businesses that I know of. So, I thought it would be nice to have a thread like this to post our successes. Things along the lines of negotiating a good deal on something, selling something of high value, getting a customer commendation, completing a special or important project, etc.

So over to you...

Managed to get through the week without seeing any customers. Bunch of whiny, needy, selfish cretins that they are.

(I suspect I'm not doing it right, either).

Picked up and kicked off with a new client who will turnover maybe 70% of what my largest current client does at day one. So quite nice, and a far cry from last year's horrific year.

I didn't stab anyone either which was nice!

Beat me to it. My first thought when seeing the headline.

I started mine on Monday 9am!

Prompted by the £500 challenge thread I made a start on a sideline that is the foundation to a "five year plan"-only took me 18 months of pondering!

Also no stabbings in the day job....

Complex first job for a new customer wrapped up with a bow on it, hoping for repeat going forwards, will let me spend more time at home with my daughter (due April).

Stabbings kept to a bare minimum this week.

Few house sales agreed, a few held together and lost one.

No stabbings, thankfully.

Successfully breaking the £250 mark on a single sale. Just need to work on brining the average up closer to that point now!

Signed off the plans on a building project four years in the making. Now all I need is the money to build the flipping thing. hehe

We've had a case of Mouton Rothschild 86 sitting in the cellar at work for several years, at the beginning of this week I was wondering how we are going to actually sell some, then yesterday came along and I sold 2 bottles!

Saved £20K today - by realising the Mercedes I was about to buy didn't have a split/folding rear seat smile
