Dear all,

Can anyone recommend a cost-effective route to get a weekly coinage float (£1, £2, 50p coins) of £500 per week for a small multi-site retailer.

Currently the 10+ shop managers are going to their local Post Office branches on a weekly basis and being charged a small fortune over the course of the year.

They've previously used the local branches of Barclays (the company's bank) but have stopped due to even higher fees.

Thanks, Richard

Approach a local business that predominately takes cash payments?

When working as a taxi driver was always trying to get rid of loose change.

Most cost effective is as above each local store to find a coin rich business and do a weekly swap.
e.g. Bus Companies, Taxi Firms, Sandwich Shops, Newsagents/Corner Shop, Fish & Chip shops etc etc.

Then there are solution providers that aren't banks like G4S:
