Morning all, i am just currently working on some training with our staff trainer and i am in need of some advice or links to help train him on delivering our training course (he's already brilliant I just want to upgrade him from brilliant to amazing)

I've re-read the post and I agree it's a bit confusing.


He needs to continue to develop his teaching skills.

Then send him on a training course.

I've been on loads and not gained much from any of them. Good for first time dummies but after that, simple updates for staff work best.

You could try a general Train the Trainer course or a more industry specific one.

What industry and what is he teaching??
