How many cars are you talking about? There are several online companies if you're dealing with a small fleet and how much you get depends on what advertising not you carry, how many miles they cover etc. comm-motion, money 4 space, streetcar ads, car quids...
If it's a large fleet then you could talk to one of them about a bespoke package to fit or even go to someone like getmemedia and sign up to offer your fleet as a package there to numerous agencies and brands who use it to source opportunities.

To give you an idea of potential revenue a 2080mm x 1080mm advert on the side of a bus running up and down the high street 12 hours a day (700 miles a week) generates advertising revenue of £39 per week. If your cars are to carry larger adverts than that (possibly fully wrapped) and travel more miles per week in densely populated areas then you may be able to charge a little more. If the advert is smaller and/or travels less miles in less populated areas then you would be looking at charging less. Hope this helps.
