Had a lot of parcels not turn up recently. Event sent a second time and still not turn up. They're only low value so not concerned but going to change to myhermes I think unless anyone can recommend someone else?

Probably around 10 parcels a week less than a kilo (usually 500g or so) majority of the time.

From October royal mail will be issuing unique barcodes for all parcels and by April of next year they will be all fully tracked. there is no mention of a price increase as yet, but well........

Herpies are the worst of the worst, we have a few different drivers come to the house all without fail will sign themselves and leave the parcel.

Ah right thanks for that, should I just stick with them for now then do you think?

We've always had good performance from Royal Mail.

Moved to tacked 48 in January and they've been spot on, despite our preadvice upload repeatedly failing. Can get similar price with Hermes, but as with the other comments, the drivers can be hit and miss.

Hermes get a lot of bad press but i have had very few problems. I use Royal mail aswell and again not many problems. The key for me is how they deal with issues, Royal mail are a proper pain, takes ages when claiming for something. Hermes are alot better and are alot quicker to pay out.

Well I had 1 "lost" parcel turn up yesterday - didn't know they did Sundays? confused
and the other today but the box crushed badly, luckily no damage to the item.

Just a few more now I'm waiting on to turn up.
