Expanding......Harder that starting up?

We will be selective about the flooring its only for parts storage so hopefully so wont attract rates. Will have a chat with the council. We have three units to look at now so a bit of choice at least.

We are in the same position! Only me in business (commercial vehicle parts and workshop consumables) but in dire need of more storage space. I have taken on a unit nearly 1000sqft from around 500 I had before and pretty much filled it! Didnt realise how much stock I had but now everything has a place and there's an office their too. My issue now is Im looking into expanding to specialist performance/race parts and whether to take on a part timer to build that up or do it myself...
